We are a family owned business that was started in 1962. Our company was started by René Piche when he bought the first Jack's Fries trailer. A few years later, our first Tootsie's Fried Dough trailer was built. Our company now has several trailers that are used to travel up and down the East Coast.

     Our company travels to some of the biggest fairs on the East Coast. Some of these fairs include the Miami-Dade Youth Fair, the Erie County Fair and the Big E. You can find us selling our home-made Fried Dough, Funnel Cakes, Dough Nuggets, and Fried Oreos and much more in our Fried Dough Stands and  Fresh Cut French Fries, Corn Dogs, Millennium Chips and more in our French Fry stands!
